This seems like a good option, I agree with adding original 6 maps and replacing the SW versions with them in the cycle. Also please look into tweaking the heavy weapon chargetimes etc, iirc they are a bit wild on BG currently? I despise the tripmines, but the better hitboxes and a mod that is still receiving updates and bugfixes is a big plus. The combining of the playerbases is the main advantage here, and with the recent, even bigger decline of Jaymod activity this is the only option that makes sense.

I also hope I figure out what's causing my weird mouse lag/twitch bugs that only happen in Nitmod. But in any case, I wish this combination effort good luck!
