What happened to unity?

Hello dear members,

as of lately I have noticed a lot of negative and not so friendly conversations between members and even guests. What is the deal about that? I see a lot of hate going towards Finnish players, but I cannot seem to understand why this is still happening. Their community is pretty big and they're very united, unlike the rest of our clan. Instead of everybody hating on them why don't we look up to them and learn a bit more about unity. It's the one thing that's missing in our community and if this is going to continue, I am not sure where we will end up. Yes, I said harsh things about them as well, but the more thought I give it, the more I admire them. They're absolutely dominating on activity, they're very good players (sometimes too good :P), but most importaintly as mentioned before they're UNITED. Please stop with the stereotypes and accept them as fellow members and guests. I can see many will disagree with me and will accuse me of unfair treatement towards other members. My point here is to make peace and friendly enviroment where everybody is treated equally and given chance, even the second chance. We're a clan, that actually means we are ONE. We should stick together and not fight useless wars and disagreements. I know we're very different from eachother and we come from different families all over the world, but we all have something in common. That something is Wolfenstein Enemy Territory.

The fights on Discord or on the Forum occur almost on daily basis now. Why? Give me a valid reason and explain to me why is this happening? Why are we adding more rules just to be broken in matter of seconds? We've tried to remove as much of the rules as possible and things are still not in order (I mean mostly on No Download). What do you want from me? Please think about your actions first, only then give opinions. We all have our subjetive opinions, which doesn't mean the other guy is wrong. I am trying to be objective here and I'm eager to listen to the both parts of the story.

Also what the hack happened to the rules on Discord? I've looked up the official rules and it clearly says the main language on Discord is English. Disrespectful, offensive and sexually related speech is forbidden as well. Also I forgot to mention that spamming is not allowed either. Hearing about 'kys' (kill yourself) and 'idiot' is not the way to communicate with fellow member. Please respect everyone equally.

Guys we see it everyday in almost every thread here. Guys wanting to fight and start fights. It was comical in the beggining, but now it's just exhausting everyone.

No one likes to see this. Guests who think about joining come in and see all this fighting have to be like, 'wth I'm not joining this clan'.

I hear from members all the time complaining about all the petty complaints.

Like what Divine told me, we don't all have to get along, but we do have to play together and we should be civil with each other at the very least. Like all families we have fights, but unlike all families our fights never end. You can't seem to get past the current fight and become friends again before starting a new fight.

I don't have to mention any names here. We all should know by now how to get along. However alot of us don't seem to get it. You don't seem to notice how immature it looks or maybe you just don't care.

What ever the reason, please try to be nicer to one another ingame and especially in forum, because you may not notice, but people seeing you carry on this way will not want to join our clan. That's when it becomes a real problem.

So please try to be nice to each other ingame and forum. Use xfire or something if you wanna fight. And if you can't work things out then perhaps you should look into joining another clan, because we are all getting sick of it.

I'd like to add my point to this.

I know from my personal experience that people cannot always get along well, but it is my very opinion that there are at least two ways of handling such a sitution. You can either cry a lot and act the drama queen or be a little professional and simply avoid to clash with the persons you know you can't stand.
Nobody will ever force you to talk to the guys you don't like.

It's these sorts of fights that make me lose the faith in the TWC community. We have always had little problems here and there, but lately I feel like you guys are pushing it to a degree that makes me think twice before connecting to a server that I might not enjoy playing on, because of people who cannot control their mouths. On top of that, do you think we guys have fun dealing with your preschool attitude in forum all day long?
So please guys, think about how you handle problems in a way that doesn't bite the hands that feed you.

TWC was made for people to have fun, and I have a hard time believing this is fun to you.
