I guess so. Well I absolutely hate it, it makes mortar almost unusable. I guess somebody wants everyone to be rambo medics or something. I just don't know why you should limit the ammo, mortar already is enough difficult to most people. Now you will run out of ammo before you can even find a good spot to shoot in. Low ammo + standing after 1 shot and not seeing where the shot landed is pretty stupid.

If it's just a bug then good, I hope it gets fixed.

Also I find it weird that someone just changed it just like that without discussing or telling about it..
