The recruitment policy should probably be revamped, such that recruitment and member activity will be boosted, to remain a highly relevant server in the ET community in 2017 (no changes in policy since 2013?). A logical first step would be reducing the trial time from 2 weeks to one week. Next to this, it might be good to consider letting former members rejoin in a couple of days, rather than a week.
