Yeah, Now Download with custom maps only was the biggest fail on this server. Ever.

However adding 2-3 new maps without deleting old ones, as Spicy says, wouldn't be that bad and could be tried. Few servers named No Download have custom maps and are very popular. But you should pick some maps which are popular/known, have easy objective, are big (supply in 6v6 is sometimes a mess, don't want to see 20v20 like yesterday, same for adler) and small in download.
Why not delete? Server was always popular for all stock 6 maps and still is. Some people leave on some maps, that's right - I personally hate fueldump and railgun. That's not a reason to get rid of them. Also more maps is better than less - bigger variety makes it more interesting.

Still I see no reason to do changes right now.
