Waking up BEGINNERS server (archived by The Master)

If you make the ''banners'' commands in stead, only higher e.g. high admin and above - they could make use of it when server(s) are well visited (15vs15). But mainchat will get more messed up if people already typing alot. Maybe create one banner with ''Server too crowded? Check our other servers in our menu.'' Forcing indeed is not a solution.
