I thought about that one too, but I think there shouldn't be an sk area. People run around there quite often during the map so they could always claim that they just spawned there and shouldn't be killed with heavy weapons^^ Besides, how many ppl actually spawn there? Like, no one? 
But on the other hand some smartass guests will probably blame us for inconsistency when they find out. But oh well.. common sense should do the trick then.
