About the panzer, It's part of the game so everyone is free to use it. We ain't gonna remove this or make it available when 12 players are online or something like that.
Maybe we do need to adjust the spawntimers in some maps to make it a bit more fair. these maps would be indeed oasis, battery and goldrush.
