Something i absolutely love, but do not eat often (cause at my parents my dad and at home lig dont like to see it :P) is called "mettbrötchen".
Its kinda a bun with minced meat (usually raw, sometimes smoked), some salt, pepper and onions. And you can eat some gherkins (lil pickled cucumbers) with it.

Some people do say its "unhealthy" since ure not supposed to each lots of raw red meat (sickness n stuff) so its more of a rare dish, but pretty popular especially in east germany, e.g. at events in the form of a "Mettigel" (minced meat hedgehog) like this:
