well then i got better idea give that command to themself personnaly by editing their userinfo and give them that command for if some people dont know its used like this !useredit 12345678 -acl +C/!putteam or similar to that still forgetting the right 1 xD

Since the server is decided to be No Download, it wont have any new maps, and by mains you mean Main Menu? It was propably made so guests (and members) can reach our other servers and website more easily, and now it even helps you get an etkey so they can have a guid, and the other stuff you have to download are propably pk3.files like the ramp in seawall battery and the health and ammo stand in siwa oasis axis second spawn, they're made to improve the old maps, and besides those dont take long to download like some maps that can take up to 5 or 10 minutes to download. This is just my point of view, correct me any way you can.

well just for saying to bubble your wrong :P only files in ND you need to to download are the jaymod pk3 and 2 other files for the server which 1 is the menu other i dunno sure but where you are talking are map scripts guests and other people who connect at server dont need to download them
