I think adding only one map for a moment is best option - we will see if people will like it!

How about changing the spawn difference to a bit more uhm....like 10 ?
Its really impossible to win when its like 10o10 or more

maybe config ? or maybe in selected maps ?

I aint in favor of adjusting spawn times. And I dont see a reason to have a poll about it. Why not? I have not seen any complaints about the spawntimes is ND since I joined in 2012. Therefor I conclude that these isn't a problem. And like Antho said, changing spawntimes has a huge impact on our server...
