so hunter[Unit] is back again on ND breaking the selfkilling vs panzer rule after his 3 day ban for the exact same reason. Requesting a permanent ban since he clearly knows the rules, and even in the demo says that he does not care.

Sam will change this if he thinks this is unnecessary.
