This is not an easy post. In fact I am still kind of shocked about this.

A once well respected member and someone I rather liked has been kicked and banned by myself.

Reason: Total disrespect to a female member.

Some of you saw what he said and will probably pass it a long, but it will not be repeated here in forum.

For now the ban shows as permanent and I would be happy to leave it that way. However I will take some time in deciding if it remains permanent.

What ever the final decision regarding the ban may be, it has nothing to do with the fact that nomps will no longer be a member of TWC.

Behavior like this will not be tolerated by anyone.

Thats true but isnt a little bit 2 hard to ban him perm.
I know what he did was stupid and wrong, but i think an perm ban isnt needed for nomps.

I'm sure he didn't mean anything bad, it's just the way he is joking (no I'm not saying that he should act like this), but PERMA ban is too much... We can ban him for a week or little longer to think about what he did. He said he apologized and won't do any stupid thing like this.

I know him for a very long time (since December 2009), when he joined.

Agree, his jokes are mostly stupid and annoying troll shit but I don't know why would he get perm ban. He's a crazy but not bad person.
I'd say to ban him for a very short period too, just to make him think again before writing such crude words.

Yeah, like others have said, perm ban is bit too harsh. I know what Nomps said and he's a troll and I know he didn't mean to offend anyone with that. I don't have anything against the ban but just that perm ban suddenly is bit harsh. Just my opinion :P

I appreciate all your opinions on this matter. I have asked the one person that matters in this decision what their opinion is and am waiting for a reply.

If you knew what he said or asked, you would in no way think it was a joke.

It was one of the most disgusting displays I have ever seen written in this forum and trust me I have seen alot. Having it targeted at a female member made it even worse.
