In my oppinion he has proven himself. I think we can set his lvl and welcome him in TWC, or does someone disagree an want to wait 3 more days?

Off course we should respect the trial period Benji, but if someone has proven himself during the first 10 days I think we can suprise/reward them a little. At least that's my oppinion.
