Sniper School Suggestion. (archived by Spicy)

In the last few days we gained 4 new member and i also saw a lot new guest. And an idea just came through my mind. 'Open a sniper school'.We should start to teach from the beginings. It would be good for the visitors (sometimes it happenes that somebody gone because he/she get too much death in few minutes and cand kill anybody because of the leaners) and members too who are not pros yet but want to learn how to snipe well. I think i can handle the basics and the leaning part but i need others help in the binoc, crouching, fast scoping, and jump and scope styles.. There could be one or two lessons per a week and an 'exam' On the last weekends of the months. Who pass the exam would be promoted or could be recruited (if not joined yet). Hope you guys will support me.

Yes this is exactly what i'm looking for, only the word 'school' is bad choosen
I want to learn more about sniper and leaning and stuff so i will join, when do we start??

Hopefully more members will follow my old carcas to learn more about this nice sniper-server and the skills.

Promotions due to skill bost are surely not gonna happen. Recruiting for skill also not.

About the whole school idea - idk. How will it work? You will be inviting people to spec you instead of letting them ragequitting? Of course would be nice to teach some visitors but I can't see this running. You have my permission to try but I'm outta it - if someone wants to learn something from me (although I suck atm) then he can just spec or ask questions, as always.

How it will works?
Dunno yet. I think i will tell the basic things from sniping. How to lean. How to find a good spot, etc... Then they should spec me then they would try to do what i did (while i speccing them) or something like that how i imagine this whole thing. I'm sure the members who intrested in will come idk what about guests. Thanks for your permission. The only thing is left to discuss what time is good for everybody (once or twice a week for at least half hour per lesson ).

Well I agree for helping how to lean and just simple easy talk like where I can hide best and something like that...but binoc and all this stuff I can't explain...its just a matter of time when u will get doing better and practice/watching pro snipers...As my experience shows to me...

i told to Gr!ff he should go behind a box and keep leaning (i came by myself to him) but it seemed to me he gaved up to fast and left...

Who has questions he/she should go ahead...

I'll be active on sniper server as always so its up to you guys how you will create this thingy with "training/lessons" ...

It's not that i like to give up but it's kinda hard for me to understand, i've been on sniper server before but that was a long time ago.
I didn't think that it would be so hard after so long time not playing on a sniper server i would lose this little experience that i have .

Another thing is that i never saw some of these maps before so i have to get used to them and get to know them better.

It may look as i give up somtimes but i will keep trying to do my best.

Thanks already for the ones who try to teach me things, have patience with me, i'm just an old rusty carcass 47 years of age
