It's not as easy as said we can't just ipban the guy, because as far as my knowledge goes this has never been done before. That's what makes it so hard. If only it was as easy as you guys make it look haha.

We are doing our best to find a way to ban the guy ASAP and permanently. Until then please mute and kick the guy.

Imho temporarely "solution" to keep the server alive and well + secured against annoying rulebreakers with VPN shield is to lower !kick cmd to level 20 at least. Ofc it always brings some risk some1 will start abuse but we've got also such called preventive measures which can help us to determine who really deserves such provillege to keep an order on the gs. There's always no problem to demote/remove an abuser immediately but its worth a try - especially in case server goes empty because of korean kid and similiar pain in da a.. phenomenons...

i did what is told there. Made an IPbans.cfg added 2 of his ip's where i made an SS of.
Banned his ip's full and in mask so he might not be able to join.
And if he does finger him and send me the ip and ill add it into IPbans.cfg

Chuck, I think its like fight windmills. If he uses proxy this ipbans.cfg solution won't help much, even if u block entire IP mask.

as you found out which proxy he uses, isn't it possible to contact them and tell about the case? maybe they can look up who uses a specific ip of them at a specific time and then they can warn him or even ban him from their services
he might just use another proxy then, but i think it's worth a try

nah Punk, if u wanna fight this way - the only solution is to contact his direct ISP, but .... lol .... who cares some kiddo ruins gameplay on some servers. And ofc there's no such law rules who allow to ban / cut access to entertainment platforms only because some1 behaves absolutely hopeless on gs. For me the only like I said few posts above - at least for now - solution is to give !kick cmd access to admins with lower levels (trusted admins at least) where there's guarantee they will use it only in particular cases - for constant rulebreakers. Such resolution should work nice, at least it would dramatically lowered any chances for korean kid to be mostly anooying again.

maybe there is such a law in the dictatorship of north korea
i know the chances that they might do something against him are pretty low, but i think it would be worth a try.. maybe you have some luck and get in contact with the right person, maybe someone who is playing games himself and knows how annoying rulebreakers can be
+ you can say this korean dude makes their service look bad and ruins it's reputation in big parts of the et community and maybe even in other gaming communities too ;D
