The warmup time seems like a good idea, as for some people take awhile to load the new map.

Kissa suggested to me (and I agreed) that we should change tryout thingy a bit. They should first get some certain amount of XP (maybe 5k or something) before they can actually do a tryout.
Thing is, back when I was recruiter happened a lot that the guys I recruited wouldn't show up anymore :P so thats a lot of inactivity. This would be one way of stop such inactivity. Tongue
