lol lighting as general?? if i remember, axel took almost 2 years for being general, i hope chuck will be general. look clysma, he joined, gained aat rank (that must be active) and played 1 minute in 1 month. seriously dont see reason y he gain immediately general rank (no matter who is >.<)

This is what I mean. Lightning can handle hard situations very good. He knows how to deal with his commands.

In this age of ET, we don't have the easy choices we used to. Finding good admin was easier with a larger member base. Everyone worked their way slowly up the admin ladder while learning how to behave and watching how admin are supposed to act by watching others.

Now we have members coming and going at a slower rate. A lot of our higher ranked admin are becoming more and more inactive. It makes it hard for lower level members to learn, when they have no one to follow.

Now we have to choose our admin based on prior experience inside the clan. The transfer rule of level 4 when they join a new server has been forgotten because of the reasons stated above.

It has never been easy to choose the right person for any job. I see such mistakes a lot. So we watch and see and if the person does not do his job as expected then they lose the right to have it and someone new is chosen yet again.

In this case Chaos is doing what he thinks is right for ND. As long as he is doing that, then all the rest of us can do is watch and try to help him out best as we can.

Supporting your admin and their decisions usually helps things work out way better even when we make arguable ones. We may not always be right, but we all try to do what we think is best for TWC. Just as we hope you all are trying to do whats best for it as well.

Doesn't matter, you always need to see the potention of someone being high admin and not promote him after 2 hours.
Didn't see clysma in ND, and lightning.
