Hello my friends. As you and I could see, shit hit the fan this easter.
One of our supremes is put out of active service pending the opinion of the demoteam or nd ha?
As just about every easter, sky left. For the 7th or 8th time. I lost count. But it's a loss none the less. He is a good guy and did a lot for the server. He will come around in a few months I suppose.
After reading a few topics full of shitposts of people who are not involved, I would like to get some things clear as HA's of ND.
I think I could be important for ND as a server and TWC as a clan that the nd high admins unify and voice one opinion and one verdict in this matter and more matters. Too many important things are discussed outside the ha base and open for non members to cry and shit in.

So lets start here adressing a few problems.
HA stance on Vogel. Can also be counted in a vote if you prefer. but lets start this way.
If we all agree on Vogel cheating, a ban would be the only way to go IMO.
I would like every HA's opinion on the matter so we can act accordingly and this is out of the way. The longer this lingers the worse it is for TWC.

Second thing. In the mudslide of shit in those topics I read a lot of comments of people not caring that there is cheating because the game is old and dying anyway. So why ban a good and fun guy and good admin just because he cheats a little?
My opinion is very clear on this. If we allow cheating ND is dead right then and there.

I would like opinions of all recruiters, leaders and supremes.

It is one of the first normal and honest statements.
A long time ago I already stopped reading theard with this shit and the spam.

Rules concern all players and TWC members, so I don't know for every so much noise. Letting one for the such behaviour second he will also with impunity feel and will do it alone. Grudges for action demoteam, however only when the matter is regarding one of members. Why earlier nobody had grudges to the work demoteam? Matter as every other and we should treat her seriously(not-looking whether it is one of us). Vogel in the past was baned. Apparently he didn't want to take advantage of his chance. He too confidently probably felt himself. He was highly placed, so thought that he could more. However the truth and the justice sooner or later and this way will come to light. Theard about new demoteam where one's strange friends were IMO was like the shot into the knee. Probably everyone which aren't trolls and have something sensible to the saying put V so I can't see the alternative option as the ban Vogel.

I am hurt that Sky leaved, because he always did a good job in TWC. I hope that quickly he will come back.

Can't really decide on the ban-matter as it's not my server and I'm also not very experienced in demo's. I don't wanna burn my fingers on it. Apparently it's been a case that has been going on for years with people I don't know.

Since you're requesting a response from all the HA's and Supremes I could share how HS handles HA matters.

This, to me, is something that leads back to the recruitment of HA's that has to have a clear description of what it means to be a HA. I spam my HA's with PM's about the slightest of things, and they spam me back (or the other way around kappa). I would wish for the HA's to be very responsive on forums. It's the first thing I think about when HS needs a new HA. Just to keep the communication going and to know what's going on if you can't be in-game or anything. I don't know about the ND HA's but this is something that does work for us, I guess. I might not be that active but this way I can respond to matters easily via my phone by sending quick PM's or anything. By doing this you can keep situations private with honest comments and without having an open thread or forum mess.

If we do need every HA of TWC to know about a cheater, trollers, new members, etc, the Headshot High Admin base is a good spot to post. This might 'reveal' why there is barely anything being posted in this thread, I believe Headshot has enough HA's online that can decide about matters themself via the PM system. It's fast, efficient and with fair opinions. If any bigger matter shows up, we make a new thread with a poll or request for opinions. But before that, opening a new thread has been discusses as well. Since you guys are with like 1813141 HA's it might be a bit of an effort, but maybe worth the try.

Don't know, I personally think cheaters should be banned obviously. But again, that doesn't mean I can judge on this matter going on right now. It's far beyond my knowledge of demo's and cheats. I do think that as soon as you know the person a bit longer you should be aware of the reason why he cheats to be able to have a good opinion. But yeah, maybe I'm too naive in that. Or whatever you call it.

In this kind of cases we need to put aside the fact that Vogel was first a friendly and nice guy.
I can't accept that a ND Supreme break the rules ruining in this way the image of our Clan, so the fact he was the Supreme doesn't matter.
Here we say "Dura lex, sed lex" (Law is harsh, but it is law), TWC gave another chance to Vogel because he has already been banned once from what i know.
He didnt' used this opportunity and he kept cheating like nothing was happened.
In my opinion he should be banned.

Ban is justified since its been a long term act and complete ignorance towards our rules.
Also its about Supreme, if we don`t ban him the offenses are gonna go UP since people justify their offenses with: Supremes can cheat so why cant I do this and this?
Also, do we want a reputation of "That clan who lets its high admins cheat(loooong term cheating) and get away with it" ?

Imho only players which using/tryed cheats are able to judge if some smart player is cheating or not. I never used any kind of "help" in playing so if experienced demo team show evidence that he is cheating I just thrust them.

I still think that politics of loves, hugs, flowers is not good for this clan. Of course we can give some of members second, third, fourth chance... What will we get in return? New members! With aimbots and wallhack. And when we want to prove that someone is cheating we can get answer: "it is photoshoped" or "it wasn't serious"

For me; cheat = ban.
About e v e n t u a l second chance we can think after several months, but for sure not now. It is my own opinion, you will do what you want.
