Ye but floodlimit is need.
Not the best way mute, kick, ban the players.
Just set a correct limit and problem solved.

I think that you shouldn't upload a soundpack. I think people would just play same sounds over and over (it can get frustrating when you play for 2h or more)... Unless you can ignore someone's sounds without mute command.

I think add a sound pack would be a great idea, but with a limit. Some people (like me ) will abuse of that and floodlimit will not help a lot, just wait 2 sec and you can again use binds free. The best way is to make a rule and be more several with spamming or using 10X per minute same song, 1st time warn, 2nd warn, 3rd kick, and 4th ban for one day, 5th ban for one week,...
