That looks adorable, but thats also a huge mass of fondant being used in the vid. its more a showcake than anything else, i personally dislike using so much of it since most people dont really like the taste of it (after all, its just biting and chewing through lots of claylike sugar :P)

As request from Megaslow: My cream cheese cookie recipe
The cookies were liked a lot during the meeting, so much actually that the first batch I made was eaten during like..1 day? And it was a big batch :P The cookies are very soft, dont be surprised or concerned when they are still veeeeery soft when they come right out of the oven. They get more solid over time, the dough is definitely dont undercooked even if more "juicy" right after baking. Theyre also not supposed to be kept a long time in boxes or sth, like you do with christmas cookies. Because of the creamcheese in those cookies they stay soft and chewy, but should also be eaten rather soon (yknow, creamcheese, even baked, doesnt stay good at room temperature as long). 50 g chocolate, the one with a lot of cocoa (dark choc) 150 g butter 150 g sugar 100 g brown sugar (white is alright aswell) 1 package of vanilla sugar (just vanilla is okay too, a bit less than. or leave it out) 200 g cream cheese 2 eggs 200 g flour 50 g cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch salt 250 g dark chocolate (same as before) but cut into little pieces/crumbs First you melt these 50g chocolate (microwave or waterbath works fine). Then you mix butter with all those different sugars (also the vanilla one), add cream cheese, molten chocolate and eggs. Once its a nice liquid you add all the other things except the cut chocolate. Its easier if you first mix all these things in a seperate bowl so its easier for you to add that flour-powder-salt-baking-powder-mix into your liquid. Last step is to add the cut chocolate. Bake small portions, like teaspoon-size, with quite a lot of space inbetween. The cookies tend to get big and flat. Its 8-10minutes at 190 degree. Be careful not to let them get too dark - as said, even if they still feel too soft on touch, they will get more solid when cooling off. Once the edges/corners of the cookies start getting a little bit darker you should take them out. Also let them cool off before putting them anywhere, cause while still hot theyre very soft and tend to fall apart. Happy yumming

Polish traditional cookies(!?), name of this is probably not translatable :P
I was bored yesterday and today so I played a little bit, and created a cake with some piggies.
D Since I had a kind of party today, it was a great idea. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you cant see the pictures.
