Nope not koko, but has an ip from a near by town a few meters down the road. Possibly a friend. A friend which koko should have a talk with.

If you see the screenshots you can see that there wasn't a question at all if it was kokok's pc, but the question was if it was kokok playing at that friend so then it would be the ip of his friend....

and also I gave him finnal warning before demotion to 5.

yes you can see that in de screenshots if you watch them, I dont think the sentence You know who you are talking to is nice you think so ? so I think its pretty logical i acted like that, when some one tells me that, cause no matter what level you are, we are all the same.
