Neither in this issue nor in the previous one you justified your decision based on facts, rules or arguments. You just have a couple of guys, that can't write anything more than their name, to say how good and smart you are, probably because they feel important when they praise you.

Let's analyse your arguments for creating this complaint: "Sky doesn't like me" "I did nothing wrong"

In every post I stated the rule that you are violating at least ten times each day. It perfectly counters what you stated, in case you weren't smart enough to realise it, I even have posted screenshots to prove it. If that doesn't satisfy your ego, it's not my problem.

If you or your humble followers think that not being able to play for a week in No Download is something I care about, you are sooooooooooo wrong.

First of all; No one in here is waiting on this, meanwhile, personal enmity between the two of you. Set up a personal converation and talk about it like grown ups do.

Secondly: There's a couple of things from both sides which I personally have some issues with. James Bond, you seem to be very eager to point out about all the mistakes Sky makes both ingame and on this forum. Accusing someone of cheating (in this way) is in no way acceptable, other guests should not be enduring your accusations towards a TWC member. And about this Greece football stuff, I'm a Dutch guy so I've had it, way worse than this, in the servers as well. My advice would be; Deal with it.

However Sky, your 'job' as a TWC admin is to provide a nice environment for our guests to play in. Personall issues towards any guests should be put aside and every guest should be punished in the same way as any other guest. Don't lose your head whenever you feel provoked, try to stand above any of this. Be careful with your punishments as well, cause in my opinion this could have easily be taken care of with a mute and a chat between the two of you.

I'd advice the two of you to talk, in private, and solve this like proper men. Both have been somewhat provokative, if you don't like each other, just ignore each other in the future. But get it settled so we don't have to deal with it anymore.

I haven't seen any proof given by you, James Bond, yet. It was actually Sky who provided (part of) the proofs here.

On these proofs we see for one thing that statement by wolfi, which I, too, interpret as an implied accusation of aimbot towards aggressive. Your comment on that, on the other hand, seems pretty sarcastic, implying that even though Sky, too, seems to kill people with only one bullet, it's all "supposedly", as we all claim, without aimbot. (This is from your perspective)
Your comment on his stats later on clearly reveals what you truly think: "Look at that and make up your own mind" / "Great man LOOOOOOL". Which implies that in your opinion no one can deny that he cheats, given that he reaches such scores.

And based on what we all saw in the recent weeks, we all know that you think Sky is a cheater, even though you don't always say it directly.

All this makes it pretty understandable that Sky is rather fedup with your attitude and your comments on his play style. However, considering this rivalry relationship between you two I think it would be better if Sky refrained from using commands on you that are not absolutely necessary (like that !chicken comamnd) because it only adds further fuel to the fire.

On the other hand, you should stop, directly or indirectly, accusing him of cheating. As you might have noticed no one of us TWC guys really thinks he is cheating. We trust him and we won't change our opinion unless you or anyone else provides us with a demo that clearly proves the opposite.

I would even agree to lift this 7 days ban, if only you, James Bond, showed the slightest sign of understanding and if you promised that you won't accuse Sky of cheating again without proof and especially not in public.

I saw the chicken part + the ban happening, but didn't get why a ban was needed as I lacked information about this case.
In case there have been several warnings, followed by several temporary mutes, I'd have perma-muted James Bond.

Imo both James Bond and Sky made some small mistakes. Maybe it would be nice to ignore eachother or get along.

I appreciate your comments man. It's the first time I see some arguments (and not things like "yeah Sky you are the man. Ban him for ever. etc"), although I don't agree with all of them. You may have noticed that I never used the word cheat, as Sky accused me (and banned me for). On the other hand many twc members often provoke me in order to get an excuse to have me punished. I didn't officially complain about Nirv's comments because I don't think he is capable of doing anything else. I just wanted to point out how unfair and biased Sky is when it comes to me. Wolf, on the same day explicitly accused him of cheating and he did nothing but muting him. I never said anything about him cheating (I may have been sarcastic, but hey you can't punish someone for everything he says just because you have the power, you can comment or argue but that's how far you can go).
Anyway I hope your comments will make some of the high admins think about this issue seriously.

He posted exactly what he had for banning me and there is nowhere any accusation from me about him cheating. If he interprets everything according to his way of thinking and not according to what i actually write that doesn't mean that he has the right to ban me. He just muted the guy who implicitly accused him of cheating and bans me for 7 days just because he is biased against me. How fair is that? I guess being sarcastic is something some people can't understand (it's a Greek word anyway, I don't expect him to get it)
It's correct that I don't like him and that I believe that he just ruins most games he plays at but I can't do something about it since you guys think that this is ok. I just try to avoid playing when he does (although I can't always do this because he is often online). I did the same with another guy BMW (something) on the same day. He had 100+ kills in one game without heavy weapons used and most of TWC members playing at this game expressed doubts about his accuracy. I didn't say BMW cheated in that case either, but since no admin took any action against him I stayed at spectators. You must realize that there is no easy way to prove if someone cheats anymore since punkbuster is not applied in this server (i know the excuse that it is not supported anymore, but that just makes things easier for some people). If someone does it with caution you will never be able to prove anything from a recording or a screenshot, especially if someone has managed to have so many followers that are ready to offend anyone who express his doubts. TWC members want it that way, so I don't care, I just try to avoid those players when I can so I can have fun and not let someone else making fun of me.

You say stuff like that to me every day and YOU KNOW THE RULES so you get a kick, and your smartass behaviour extends it to a 7 days ban, so you can think about your actions long enough and stop. Fair enough to me don't you think ?

I am a very tolerant person towards people who are new to the server & the server rules, you will never see me use commands on them. But when they have 170k XP and they bring up rules whenever it suits them, if they break ANY rule I don't warn, I use my commands, because I shouldn't have to warn those people who are willingly breaking the rules. Maybe 7 days was a bit too harsh now that I think about it, perhaps if you apologize for your sarcastic comments implying accusations of cheating, I could reduce this to 2 or 3 days, you tell me.

Do I have to reply to that ? Do you have any rule that allows that biased attitude ? You must learn that rules apply to everyone equally. And I am still saying that I never used the word cheater in any of these cases. If you can't stand any word I say that's your problem but it's definitively out of your clan rules and certainly beyond what an admin should use his power against either.
You have just given the power and you use it to deal with the people you don't like. If you were not an admin do you think anyone would pay any attention to this ? Of course not. Would you be able to use the chicken nonsense to prove your sense of humor ? Of course not. On the contrary most of twc members would have expressed their doubts about your aim just like they did about BMW aim a couple of games earlier. No one was banned for that (even if some players implicitly accused him of cheating - I didn't, just expressed my doubts and went to spectators). Do you think you are more important that the rest of us? Do you think you can sensor everything I say, even if it is not against any rule just because you have this power? If yes that's something that higher admins should deal with, because I can't.
