Hmm, Let me see if i'm understanding this correctly!! So High Admins so like, Recruiters , Co leader , Leaders should get at least lvl 7 in other TWC servers?
with cmds like kick, mute , warn ect! ?

It would be better idea if theres a lvl system for public High admins of TWC around the servers, that would make it easier instead of waiting for someone whos having more commands in his homeserver, Having commands like Warn and mute would do the deal. and i guess imo U can check the chatlogs if ss r forgotten or not given

As to the suggestion of having a lvl for TWC HA with commands like mute, kick etc.:

We have 3 choices in order to get more "adminpower" to ND.

1. Promoting all TWC HA to some kind of "Backup-HA" in all servers with commands like mute, kick etc.
Problem: Its the Server Supremes decision, together with his members, to choose capable admins. There is a reasons admins dont get automatic promotions (e.g. based on time in clan), because it needs more than that for the job. We can not force a server to accept certain people as admins just because they are admins in other servers. The TWC servers have different rules and things going a certain way. Not all admins from one server would be suitable admins on another.
A "possible" ( i put this in quotes because of my following explanation) solution would be to have every single Backup-HA accepted by a servers supremes + members. But this would mean every server would have to accept a certain someone as Backup-HA. And this might not happen. And then we would/could say one gets to be Backup-HA only on those servers where u get accepted. Do you notice how complicated this already sounds? And thats just theory. It wouldnt be possible to make this actually happen just because of all the work and exceptions we would get for so little use.

2. Making an AoC Group, meaning not all HA get to be Backup-HA, but only those who are accepted.
Problem: same problem as above (who gets admin where etc.) + we already had an AoC group in the past and it absolutely ddnt work out. Might be that not all of you remember that time, since you are more or less new to the clan, so its perfectly understandable you come up with the suggestions, but those who know AoC know what Im talking about. We had a huge list of admins you can call into the server for help - they rarely got called. and THAT is the main thing (will talk about it more later).

3. Promote more people on ND to admin level, so you always have people there who can help.
Problem: ND already has 6 HA + 2 Supremes + 12 people on lvl 6 and 7 -> that makes 20 people who are admins and only 28 members. So you almost have half on ND with admincommands already. If you add the other people who can help (other Server supremes = 12 and also MST = 4) you have 36!!!! admins, which is an incredible amount of 56,25%. More than half the members of ND. Also, its not always possible to set new ppl admin because it might be at certain times there is no suitable candidate.
So the question is, is it really needed to have more admins or is the problem somewhere else?

This leads me to my main point on which i would like to focus on: Are there admins or not?

I constantly hear you say there was no admin around and nobody can, yaddayadayadaa. But is it really true? I do not want to accuse anyone, but statistics and my own experience tell a different story.
If I look at the Memberlist on forum, we have 5 of 6 ND HA who were last online not even a day ago. Also 8 of 11 people on level 6 and 7 and 11 of 16 Supremes/MST. I guess for most of those people, incuding me, it is a constant thing to be online almost every day. Same goes for the memberlist at Steam, and im pretty sure if i would !seen all those possible helpers ingame i would aswell get a huge amount.
Ofc there are times when less people are online, especially deep at night when most europeans are asleep. But you can not tell me there are NO people. Of those helpers i mentioned above, who are online a lot, there are several people from finland (1 hour later than e.g. Germany), Afghanistan (2.5 hours), Estonia (1 hour), Israel (1 hour), India (3.5 hours) and even USA/Virginia (-6 hours <which is btw Technine and I see him online like....always. I hardly ever see him not sitting either ingame, on TS, in the shoutbox, on Steam or everything at the same time :P>)

Moreover, from my experience (I am usually only every day for like at least 5-6 hours, most of the time even the whole day, with small breaks) there is hardly anyone ever messaging me for problems in the server. If someone calls me, I come. But most of the time I dont get messaged and later see a bunch of complaints on forum about admins not being there. Why?



My suggestion would be to definitely make more demos and ss if there are trolls, especially those we all know already (so we can keep the proof and if it adds up to a pile of stuff we can then even ban that person) and for urgent matters CALL SOMEONE.

I would love to investigate this matter a bit more, since ofc i admit some of my assumptions are just assumptions (well based, but still). So if there is a time you can not reach someone on Steam/Ingame/TS/Forum I would be glad if you could make some ss (for the forum e.g. a ss of the memberlist so I can see if the needed people (usually and in this case MST, Supremes and ND people) are indeed not there.

Let me first just make this clear: I understand what you are saying Mimus totally.
Like I said in one of my previous posts I didn't call anyone cuz I knew they would just quite down the moment they see a higher admin connecting I speak out of expierence from previous server, where I was Co-owner.

So dealing with trolls really needs to be done at the spot cuz they easily turn all regulars against you, if you can't do anything about for example sk,teamkill,... So the obvious solution is giving more members more power (cmd's).
But I get you can't give everyone same kind of power, there is a level system for sth.

My point is HA members on every server has proved themself enough in my opinion to not abuse commands like mute,warn, possible kick on any server. But I do understand, everyone of our servers has another method of dealing with problems etc. Like HS is quite lax cuz we aren't very busy and it typical to the mod. But ND is verry active and populated so dealing with problems need to be correct and almost instant to stop escalating problems. A thing that I have came across recently is people shoting sk sk in ND and I don't know if it really is or not cuz it's not my server. That is a possible problem. So for people to get those special commands I would say they need to prove they know the rules and sk area's etc.
As you mentioned aproved by the server supreme for example, this would put a lot of extra pression on supreme's so maybe supreme's and also HA can decide, but that can be decided later.

Like you mentioned, I am new here so I haven't seen that AoC group and don't know the history about it.
And the problem there is maybe getting the right people the extra commands. But I don't know the history so I don't know what the problem was maybe some explanation would be good.

Like I said before, at that time no ND or supreme member was online at the moment of the incident and as explained before I could ask for help on forum or anywhere else.

But yes it was stupid of me not to take any screenshots or demo's.

Repeating one sentence in 3 different ways doesn't make it complicated.

Nono, it might sound similar but has different meanings:
A) have a backup-ha who is bha on all servers (agreed upon by all supremes, if one doesnt agree he wont be bha at all)
--> B) have a bha who is bha only on those servers on which ge got accepted BUT here comes the complicated thing: we would need to keep track + lvl for every person on which server he is normal ha, just member, or bha etc. (add to that the fact that ppl leave, get their lvl changed on homeserver and might get demoted as bha in case they behave bad and u have even more stuff to constantly check upon)
