Well so far i know it wasn't allowed here, and also i think its unfair against kokok cause he got banned for it and you can use it

Is allowed in etpro, not allowed in jaymod.

Kokok probably used the cvar unlocker in one of our jaymod/public servers (i don't know the case) where it's forced to "1". I also have foliage and wolffog enabled in our public servers.
