In the last weeks/months, a lot has happened internally in TWC and especially in BG, for which i am sure that in the eyes of others i am partly to blame.
I stand by it and fully admit my mistakes and my often wrong choice of words. And my own demote should not serve as a justification, but more as an "open eyes".

When i joined TWC and especially BG, i basically just wanted to play and have fun. It was never my intention to become a high admin again and to let my endless
work in a clan/community become part of my life. However, i allowed it and put all of my free time and energy into a job that wasn't even mine. But since those
who should have done this work either didn't know their way around or didn't want to, no idea, i tried to help (that's how i am). In no way to show the world how
well i know my way around or wanted recognition (i don't care!), but because i like to help people who don't or don't know much. You could have asked and informed
yourself. Was not done and that showed me that it is uninteresting and in the end also pointless. And then turn the case around and ruffle people, i can't deal with
that. That sounds a little cheeky now? No, it's just the truth.

What i had seen and read recently made me speechless. I will not mention any names here or go into details, the one or those who feel addressed should comment on
them or, if necessary, give up their rank. Just like i'm doing right now and others have been pushed to do it. In any case, the fact is that i no longer do it in
this way and look at myself every day. Hard when you put yourself above everything, "play" victims and disgust others with it. Does that sound cheeky again?

Some of you are going to think: all in all, it's just a game. Right? It's like in real life, i have tasks and work and you should do them well. Otherwise i don't even
need to start these tasks and work and leave it (or you will be fired). Isn't is so? It's not like you only do it for yourself, you also do it for others. And if someone
doesn't do his job and someone else suddenly takes over his job without asking, even though the person violates clan rules, i don't think that's funny either. You can't
lure me with levels and promotions.

To clarify the whole thing:

#1 Soundpack
I only edited the soundpack, removed 18mb sounds that were not in use. 5 active ones removed, 8 or so new ones added and that was it. If you want to
complain, do so to the person who made or edited the pack beforehand.

#2 Grenades
I just put all graphicpacks together so i don't have to download 3 or 4 different files. It's clearer now, isn't it? NOTHING was changed in the settings regarding the ammo packs.
I have no rcon access nor ftp access, so how should i have done that? I am aware that it is possible but take a look at the pack (or let others do it as always), then you know that
i have not changed anything about it. And besides, what you say is not true at all.

3# Greetings
There are exactly the same greeting sounds in the soundpack that were on it before.

And what do you want to complain to me now? Or do you say now, some time later, that it was a joke or an april joke? Do it and tell everyone a lie.

Who goes on a witch hunt? FA is a mod from the TWC discord, you should think about that. Who doesn't even do his job. You leave him as a mod so that you have less work? Great!
If he would or would have done his job, i would never get the idea to criticize him. I am not a supplicant or someone who is on my knees to beg. Either he does it or he doesn't.
He didn't do it so i blocked him. Are we TWC or fa? Personally, i don't give a shit whether he is a respected clan friend or was once a leader. He doesn't do his job so i don't
see him as a clan friend and i definitely don't respect him as i respect TWC.

And what about the hs cup? Only Zone and Msytik tried to help me even if it was shit they meant? Now you see what has become of it experienced. Because what you don't know, i knew
what the problem was and i could have easily solved it. But there you can see the ignorance of the supremes. Respect, well done!

And now for the lags on BG. Do you really think it's done with maxplayers? What's that got to do with it? And your answer that now all lags are gone because you have changed something
in the etconfig is bullshit. That can't change anything like I told you! But please hold on to it, it will be true... you are the master supreme...

BG has been waiting for so long and has already lost so much, take your time.. Na, really, it's ok! You have the knowledge and are better as we are and will be! You have destroyed the
hard work of others! Yes, mine too! It took me hours to make the soundpack ET conform and also the menu! And my help was not accepted although I have been working with et server for 13 years.
Doesn't have to be, maxplayers was the prob and Hex and I didn't saw it

The worst thing is that you just let a respected, active high member with knowledge just go quietly. Wasn't it he who made at least one other clan friends with us? Wasn't he the reason
why we as a partner are at the top of a database platform? And could you explain to me what he did so bad that you just let him go without commenting on it? I find disrespectful and would
be ashamed of myself. Does that sound cheeky? No, it's just the truth.

The people who were involved know who is meant, has nothing to do with you if you do not feel spoken to.

It was nice in TWC, i had great conversations, exciting games and i got to know a lot of interesting new people. Even if someone pretends to be a victim and has no idea what
Everyone who feels addressed by my topic is welcome to continue like this, "helps" the clan and shows "maturity"

If you want to ban me, do it. Would be the first ban in my life, but worth it to me. I feel sorry for your members!

Everyone else who doesn't feel addressed, i'm really sorry people! I like all of you (except the ones i mentioned). I will miss all of you, every one of you! It was really fun and we had
really great moments! Will i still be playing on a TWC server? After all, i don't think so. But not because of you, but because i became aware of how people with level, with "power" behave
towards people who want to help. Please respect that and excuse me!

It's sad to hear that you are upset and want to leave, but tbh I can understand you 100%.
I had some of the same thoughts, when I decided to leave.

If you put alot of work into something and really care, but it doesn't get appreciated or acknowledged, you become frustrated.
So it's maybe the best decision.

For my part, I don't understand much of the decisions that were made on BG lately, but this is for them to decide.
But it seems they didn't take you into account in this and that is a big loss for them IMO.

I enjoyed the time with BG and in Big Peen Squad with you and hope you will stay around.
Seems that some guys on BG got their will now. But for what cause?

Sad to see you leave (no pun intended). You we're a committed and dedicated member and I respect you for that. Can't force you to stay, but would've been nice to see you transfer to another server. Anyway good luck irl and hope to see you on jaymod or other TWC servers from time to time or playing other games with the Big Peen Squad
