Computer Having less FPS in all games

I think it's time for me to encounter few problems with my PC.

First of all, there are my specs :

RTX 2080 EXOC Gigabyte, 8Gb GDDR6
i5 9600K ~ 4.8GHz for 1.36 Voltage Ratio
16Gb ram ddr4 @2666MHz
Disk : Optane m.2 NVME, + 2 HDD 1000GB + 1 SSD 240GB

When I built the computer, FPS went to be great. Around 80/90FPS on BFV (Ultra settings), more than 1200 FPS on Minecraft, etc;

I had to reinstall Windows. I just installed drivers; Tried out another time performances, I usually turn at 60fps now on BFV Ultra, around 800 FPS in Minecraft.

What can cause such lower performances ?

Hard to say, maybe new drivers fucked up your card? I woul clean deinstall graphics driver and install them again.
Also do you watch the temp of your card/cpu? Test it on several graphic demanding games, like Battlefield V.
I get around 120 FPS on BFV with a little weaker card and weaker CPU on Ultra Settings.

Lol I play gta v with 1400fps, every other game on ultra
And then comes minecraft with like 80 fucking fps xD

In order to help anyone else and to answer to myself because I found out the solution, the problem was unfortunately the motherboard.
DRAM wasn't working efficiently, also PIN's were damaged due to pression with the ventirad (I screwed too much).

New motherboard, new story.

Ventirad = cooler (had to Google translate wtf that is )
So was it established if it was the too high mounting pressure you applied that was the only problem or was there also something wrong with the board on arrival?

Ventirad is a contraction of ventilateur and radiateur.
So literally, it's a contraction of fan and heatsink, so it could be translated in fansink

It's also weird everything went wrong after just a Windows reinstall, with no physical change.
