They do have access, but these issues are a little tricky to solve and require some knowledge of the underlying systems. I'm having another look

EDIT:
Should be fixed now, for real this time. Had a typo in the configuration, checked logs and it's properly loading users now.
I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.

By the way, in trackbase and other stuff, they use DNS ip’s, changing the host wouldn’t be a problem ?

I thought they didn't, but haven't had time to check just yet. If they do, then the only reason to go back to the old IPs would be for people who have the server IP saved somewhere. Not sure how people usually do this these days.

If it's the only solution, then, (for me) you should do it. Personnally I prefer to use the /connect to get on the servers. (tj.twcclan.org, nd.twcclan.org ... .) Perhaps there's still someone who uses the serverlist?

Sorry to hear about this but glad you worked it out Lig.

What the hell is your host doing though... Doesn't sound very good for them that this could happen and go on for so long without them fixing it...
