A Pair of Gripes
#1
When I started playing on the Beginners server I was advised to work toward the objective and not just pile up frags. Another thing is the constant reminder to respect all players. And yet, there are constantly high skilled players who couldn't care less about the objective and just frag lower skilled players and taunt them with the soundbites. I'm sorry, but I don't want to be a frag dispenser on a server that's supposedly lo-skill friendly.

I'd love to add to this and I'm sure Zone will input as well. I'm sure it's not a good representation of TWC when a member constantly complains in chat and quits the game because their "constantly dying." Zone and I were playing with you and you said "3v3 and you still camp?" and left the server without any cause for a solution.

For those who don't know the back story, we were playing Frostbite and I was Axis, defending objective, with several new players on each team. Moggie kept dying as Allies pushing the document, and would constantly complain in game chat with others watching.

Now I've been off and on TWC for 8 years, and I wasn't going to bring anything to light but since Moggie wants to bring to attention the "soundbites" that was being done by players on each team to have fun.

Moggie, I would suggest if you have things to discuss, bring them to the person you're directly talking about, and if you bring something to light, please bring the entire story, not one that follows in your favor.

Snipe. I said snipe. In 3 v 3, a competent sniper can make sure the opponents don't leave their base. Not a desirable result for anyone.

Regarding Frostbite, I suppose I should hate the map, not the players. It's an axis shooting range. On one route the long corridor where the boxes don't provide much cover. The second route goes about 2m from Axis spawn. The third route ends in the second route corridor, with Axis being able to set up a crossfire nobody can avoid.

I'll see to it that I take my chill pills before launching the game Smile.
