Back in time PsA used to have level with useful commands on all TWC servers. Why You wouldn't bring it back? Instead of making level of visiting HA, make level for PsA again.

Various reasons, from which a few have been mentioned before, would make me disagree with that.

First off: PsA is a team ment to boost activity on the servers, not a kind of extra police squad. There is no need to have extra levels just to attend meetings and boost server activity by standing strong together, as well as the fact members of different servers are in the PsA squad and will thus have a level when the meeting is on their homeserver.

Second: HA's are obviously trusted, or they wouldn't have their level, no supreme would just promote someone to HA "just because they like them" for example. Also, as Hammy said:

This exact requirement is the reason PsA, which is a team free to anyone to join (members and guests alike, which is great considering for example liquid would not have joined PsA if it wasn't open for guests), should not get extra levels, there is no need for it.

HA's on the other hand are plenty, able to communicate with each other, and there are a good amount of them. Enough to be able to help out plenty of times, but not so many there is no overview on the people who have the extra commands. And IF one of them does turn out to not know the rules (which can easily be found in the rules forum for all servers) or not apply them properly, their level can always be set back to 4 like before until they have proven to be able to handle it.

Yeah Eni, you're right about PsA though,
I think that supremes can think about creating new level for visiting HA's, adding splat, mute, kick and put can solve 99% problems in server

I agree with Enigma completly, I even suggested the exact same thing to Mimus long months ago. There are times, when I am on ND with level 4-5 members and for example, Chris and Vicky. I saw multiple times that someone was pushing, annoying or straight cheating. It was annoying, bcs there was not a single person that could do something. If Visiting HA's level would be installed, Chris and Vicky could have handle it with ease.

People that became HA's are trusted by their own supreme, they know rules, they know how to handle a trolling by both guests and members, and there are some that can recognize when someone is cheating.

I was in GDC and few other clans, some were mutliserver liked and had visiting levels as well, and guess what? It worked perfectly, trolling, cheating, annoying stuff decreased by a large margin. The best example of this are GDC and EA, how it worked in both clans, ask Enigma, he knows both better than most people. DD

If for example Samael or Meagain wouldn't be so eager to give this level to everyone, to every single HA in TWC, you could just choose who would do great work and wouldn't abuse it.
I am up for this, and It would improve situation a lot but who gets this level should be up to the supreme of the server.

And IMO supreme should make a topic regarding Enigma's proposition, or even cut some posts from here and move it to the new one, regarding Visiting HA level.

!freeze !mute and !put are commands that allow to stop all ze cheaters. First you !freeze ze haxer, next you !mute him and finally you !put him to ze spectators. This is ze most effective way to stop ze hax from playing by ze time high level admin come and !ban ze cheater.

There are a lot of situations where I am on server but no high admin is and ze cheaters are killing ze game.

.. or just give all HAs level 7. I think I mentioned it few months ago. It has just enough resources to handle such kind of situations.

It would prevent redundant mess around with level system changing.

tbh IMO only one person is responsible enough to set a special level from me, so i dont intend to create one
