For the snipers, they rarely gets played, neither do we host any huge maps except for minastirith and mlb temple, i could imply some costom settings for those 2 if you want. ( and i have yet to find a setting that only puts the sniper on lock, for as far as i know i can only set a max on the class itself)

About the riflenades, i've been asked quite a few times to set those back, since we only host small or medium size object maps, it's very easy to rush a map by shooting the nade into a wall and kill 1-2 people everytime. Ofcource when we get larger number of players we could change it to 2 for example the same as with panzer that we unlock at 8v8.

After setting all these new changes and maps, something messed up the mapcycle, yourdog sky and me took a look at it, but coulnd't find the issue that would cause it to not work as it should. I rewrote a new cycle and deleted the maps that rarely get played or voted, for example saberpeak caha_tavern axislab.
