So. Today yet again over 2 maps i was in spec just speccing. Eru always talked french in main chat and swore. Warned him 7 times and then warned him with !warn
He still didn't listen and kept talking in french.
Fixfox can confirm.

Did you make screenshots can't really do anything without them ?
Imo, it depends on how many people there were on the server and what he was swearing. He might not be the best behaving guest but overall he is friendly.

And swearing is swearing, something you shouldnt do especially after getting warned.

Swearing is not swearing, Whining about panzer is something different than just plain offending anyone.
And he doesn't break any rules when i'm on the server, i only see a friendly guy so i didn't warn him ; )

Ofc when higher lvl members are on he likes to behave since i can't really do anything to him but warn him.

Obviously someone was bothered and cared about him speaking french and warned him multiple times. If noone cared, then this thread wouldnt exist right Even if its half of the ppl +, when someone asks you to use englsih in main, you should do so.

Swearing is swearing in the terms that it generally is against the rules and he should've stopped doing it no matter what after the first warn.

And one out of 5 sentences being similar to what you said is no repeating

And yes eveyone knows this, and whos said he isn't going to get warned?

Well, we can't do very much about this because you didn't provide any evidence for what you said. And as you see, no one else seems to have encountered similar problems with him so far. Of course a HA could remind him of our rules next time he/she sees him, but if he really does this only when HA's are not around this seems kinda unnecessary. So yeah, some evidence would be good.
