Support Tickets :
TWC has a group called "supporters". They are people who can help you with a lot of issues you might encounter when visiting the forum.
Supporters do tasks like changing a usergroup, setting moderation rights, giving people a new name and more.
To access the support section either click this link or click the "support" button in the upper right corner of the forum.
-- Requests :
There are different kinds of requests that are supposed to be sent by particular people and sometimes only if other requirements are fulfilled.
Name change: Sent by the inquirer after he/she wrote a namechange post either in his server base or, if guest, in "other news"
Usergroup change: Sent by a high admin of the server the person concerned is member of after a trial is passed/a demotion/promotion/transfer happened
Moderation rights: Sent by the inquirer after being promoted to a certain level (high admin or above/subforum leader or high member)
There are more less specific and common issues that might appear (deleting old forum accounts, locking topics, setting awards etc.). In those cases it is also possible to write a ticket, especially if there are important forum-related questions/problems none of the currently active and online people can take care of/answer.
-- Format :
1 ticket = 1 request, not more. Also don't contact supporters on forum/PM instead of submitting ticket.
Enter a proper title, choose the right category and priority and describe your problem.
The title should describe your problem in one or few words. So for example if you want to change your username the title should be 'Namechange' or something like that, not 'HEEELP!!!!' or 'how?'.
You need to contain every useful information about your problem. For example if you want to have mod rights in No Download base, you need to write something like that:
