Windows 10 Store won't open. (archived by NightFall)

Hey guys. So i recently installed windows 10. And i was experiencing a problem with not being able to open the windows store. It doesn't say anything it just doesn't load.
Maybe you guys could help? Thanks in advance.

my brother had hughe problems with win10. He tried updating drivers of graphics card. After it downloads comp needs to restart. But upon restart it totally crashed and to solve it it shows few optios but none of those worked. One of those is reinstall win7 or 8 but it wouldn't let him do that.
So he had to set whole comp back to factory settings.
