maybe you're using a proxy on your browser so the IP match is wrong?

Yeah if ur guid is already up you need to log in forum, since the ip ingame has to be the same ip as your last forum login (often ppl e.g. read forum via mobile phone, and then wonder why they have a different ip on forum)

mimus I've tried determined automatically login to the site .. and even my cell all 3 x determined automatically done but nothing works ...

I can say in the game V54 (hello) that works all the time though ...

I understand there really anything about it, I could still be around half 8 yesterday I went psa meeting when suddenly no more ..

You have not claimed your GUID. Whatever it is you sent me via pm, its NOT your guid. You need to upload your ETkey, the actual one.

Try to start your ET and open the console. It might be your punkbuster version is a different than we usually have here in the clan. There should be some line like "Changing home directory to blablbla" and that tells you where your ETkey is located at. And THAT is the thing you need to upload in order to talk, use commands etc.
