@ Hellrazor I guess the Admintest you mentioned, which is a good idea, is super easy to implement because we dont even need a big form for the applicants to fill in. If we have those applications from the vacancies, the HA and Supreme can instantly decrease the amount of possible new HA just by sorting through these applications. The few admin left can be monitored for some time in the server concerning their actions and how they behave towards guests, trolls, rulebreakers etc. So that kinda already equals a long-term test.

@ Subzero This demotion system is also imo not a good thing. Deleting commands for whole levels because one person abuses is not good - but neither is giving commands to a whole level just because we know some of them would not abuse the commands. @ Kjell Reflection sounds good. Its kinda natural that supremes and HA should have a talk now and then and discuss/reflect about how its going, but sometimes people forget about those talks. Its definitely worth a further mentioning.

@ Unlucky There is a reason level 4 does not have these commands. It is because not every member on level 4 is trusted enough to have these commands. So we definitely are not going to add these commands to the first member level. We did that before and it absolutely did not work. However, what you can do with the new vacancy system, is giving your application into the big pot of applicants and then see if you get chosen as new HA. If the other HA and Supremes think you are good enough to be HA, better than the other possible new HA, you get the promotion.
Also, about this "I can not do anything stuff"....thats kinda bs. You can warn people by words, you can talk to them and make them understand what they do is wrong. You know how often I solve these things only by talking? People who troll are not always "unteachable". It is not always needed to use commands. Though some people wont stop, indeed. But even if there is no admin ingame, there are admins on xfire and admins in the shoutbox. I can only tell from my experience, but im on xfire more or less 24/7 and i get called into a server super rarely - why? If you need an admin, go and ask for one instead of just sitting there complaining about how few commands you have.

@ Master First of all its miMus, but nvm :P Ofc the people who can not handle a command should not be in twc. But imagine we would give everyone those commands, and later sort out the ones who abuse the commands. Do you have any idea how much of a bad imagine TWC would get? Imagine 20 low-level members on ND running around with mute, kick and ban or sth. If only half of them abuses them (knowingly or just because they use them "wrong", like too fast or too strict or get the rules wrong and punish without a reason), we have 10 people who kick and mute guests, which will lead to thousands of complaints about our "abusive admins", hundreds of guests not coming back to our server, and after the information gets around in the ET scene, there wont be a lot of guests on TWC anymore -> no more members -> clan dies, slowly.
Ofc this is a super exaggerated example, but i guess you get my point?
PS: The userlist command is for the cases when you make a demo for the banproof section, so we can, if needed, IPban the person. Also, what would you do with an IP? YOu couuuuuuld DDOS, but most of our people have dynamic IPs, and DDOS costs money, so i doubt there will be a lot of people who would pay that money AND be smart enough to actually do it.

haha oke Mimus:P i understand your point, but i think it will only be 1 or 2 poeple but i understand, in that case its maybe an idea to give members 6+ so poeple who knows how to handle cmds also kick and mute in the servers they dont belong? and are only alowed to use them if there isnt a admin from the server itself?
and ya about that userli i have seen some poeple going that far but lets hope it wont happen
