Whats outdated?
From recent observations, people have become more active about the teams issue on the server. As for XP shuffle, that is going well too. People are in favour of XP-shuffle

I dont agree with u maths. Most of the time when ppl say teams the teams get fixed.
It also depends on the map. its way more easy to play as axis so a bigger allied time is fine.

And otherwise just put random players?

i used to politely asked skilled players to switch when the team are really unbalanced and there aint no TWC members available to help shift the balance. San Tino was last time perfectly willing to switch. and the teams where fair again. No vote needed and everybody was happy again.

When i was today on ND there wasn't problems with unbalanced teams. When it was 8v10 or 8v11 there were players that automatically change their teams when i asked for balance. Stahlwolf for example. I think that admins of ND needs more patience, that's all

So, for now I feel this topic can be dropped till the issue goes skyrocketing high. Since everyone is collectively taking responsibility and making fair decisions with/without the help of any TWC member, the server is in peace for now. In the end, I conclude by agreeing with Levis about patience. There's no better solution I guess. Mostly even I don't have to look at the tab menu and say 'teams', our very guests are active about this. This improves the gaming experience of one and all, also it brings equality on the basis of teams.

In my previous clan we had an unspoken rule that clan members should even teams first, so when teams are uneven and their are clan members in other team they should move first. But it was often used as an excuse for regulars to whine against members that they didn't move first. But that was often because the members haden't noticed, and trolls abused that.

I remember you putting vengeance to axis when it was 4 v 6 without even asking any one to switch
