Here we go again.
I know it's probably the third post on this section about the same topic but since nothing changed, me and the (very few) still active tj members feel free to post it once again. The trickjump server need active members. It needs a leader, because the ones we have don't show up even once a month. We need a co leader too. We have 3 leaders but no co leader. And if, logically, the recruiters are going to be promoted as leader or co leader, we'll need 2 recruiters too, at least. Last but not least, our supremes are inactive (can I even say supremeS? I've seen Morey like twice) . In my personal opinion, the supremes should be more active than normal members, or at least as active as them. But this isn't really happening. Often, people flame on server chat and I can't even warn them, because I can't even mute. It's not like we don't have leaders or supremes at all, we do. They aren't there. It seems they dont even exist. Do something please, we are the most active tj server.

Totally agree. This is a problem for over 3 months now.. The only members who are still active and visiting the server almost everyday are Snorfiets, Ale and I. We need some changes!

I must agree with you. I have not been playing as much as I used to because of making application for job.
I will promote snorf to coleader. And will take care of myself soon.

I would suggest you, just to make this all go easy and smooth, to take a look at your own planning. Do you have the time and interest to be admin? Are you calm and with strong enough nerves to deal with annoying people, and also to visit forum and maybe having to post lots of stuff in threads or complaints about TJ etc.?

Then, make some suggestions. WHat to you think who would be a good admin, who needs some more time to gain experience, and so on.
Best way to get a solution perfect for everyone is to get as many opinons as possible Im sure you guys can then decide whats best for TJ, since YOU are the ones keeping it all together.

Its not up to date at all..
Practically we have 5 members at the moment:
Snorfiets - CLDR
Ale - RCTR
Liaam - Admin
Wadek/Jumpydude. - Senior member (havent seen him for a week now)
and I - Recruiter

All others are inactive and last seen 2+ months ago.

Snorfiets should be supreme. He's a quite known player, very good trickjumper and nice person (honest, reliable, funny). We need this kind of person to take care major tasks too, like uploading maps or taking decision for the tj community.
