Hi everyone, I hope I won't make any enemies with this post but it felt necessary to make note of it. Since a few weeks ago since my trial started and directly i noticed something important. I post it now because i'm now since 2 weeks a member of TWC with great members which i would like to thank for supporting my application-case!! But it is remarkable that more and more players do not want to follow the rules, but the problem is mainly that there are rarely admins that can perform appropriate penalties on the cheaters. The players are not stupid or blind when they see that we're just going to offer a warn (distance shot) for disregarding the rules.The problem is that there are now more players realizing that nothing can be done by the normal member and this has to stop.

So I wonder if we are not too few admins? With all due respect, I always see the same sympathetic members on the server playing and i see the admins very sporadically. Just now there was someone insulting (won't mention his name) TWC and its members like SHIT, but we could do nothing. Therefore, there is quite a lot of frustration by my side and surely others because we can only do a demo, finger, warn... nothing else. It's definitely not fun to sent every time a complain to a high admin because I'm sure that many would prefer to deal in person this matter.

And if you think I'd like to get an uprise of level you are terribly wrong. I just want to see more admins with a little more power penalty so we could address and punish them in an appropriate manner. Would it not be appropriate to have any kind of rules-keeper for our clan? Someone that ensures that the rules are implemented properly and closely with the members & guests. The High-admins have already a responsability like recruiting and the supremes have their hands full with maintaining and managing the ND-server and it's members. I hope you will understand and built an open and constructive conversation.

A long time ago, when I was ND member, not NAM member, there was a moment, which has made me very frustrated.

There was about 19:30 on ND. 14 players were shooting, some players were spectating.
5 mins later admin left ND. And you know what happened? 1/4 players were heavy sking, another 1/4
were walljumpin' and the rest were using a couple of cheats. I was level 4 - I couldn't even warn them... I have called admin. And when he and I came back to server - everything was of course all right. What a shame...

But you are very right - I am with you.
But in the other side, your proposition to make some members admins is not very safe decision.
ND supremes and leaders can't give fresh members admin level, becouse it's needed. They need time to watch member - if he is behaving well, he will be an admin. But they can't give admin level for member, who made an application day before.

The consequences can be horrible. Think, what he can do when he is alone on server (alone admin)
and there is 12 players! He can start kicking them, muting etc. This will make forum spammed by complains and ND can also lost a lot of players! That's, why ND is very careful with choosing admins and also adding new things to ND like deleting weapons, adding new image of ND server.

I usually sit around on guard duty quite alot. But I wiped my drives so I am.currently reinstalling everything I will.be back shortly.
Also, it's a good idea to add the high admins on xfire.
I get contaced trough that quite alot and I will most of.the time immediatly connect to.the server to sort out the situation. That's how.I do it and I think others will too.

I'm trying to be online on xfire whenever I'm home. Don't expect me to respond immediatly. Usually will within 15 minutes. To be honest, I'm kinda having slight moral issues at the moment with excessive gaming and what it does to my state of mind when I have to fix issues between people that are fighting each other all the time or guys whom think I'm a dick for remaining neutral in conflicts at all times. Need some time to work things out and thus recently set my priorities differently compared to when I became a supreme again about 8 months ago. Might not come as a surprise to hear this, but for some totally weird reason (is it?) it actually tends to be bad for my mood to be prolonged amounts of time on ND. Probably because of the loads of hacker, flooder and troll crap I had to deal with the past 3/4 months. I'm not begging for sympathy, just would like to ask peope to give me sometime to get things back on track. Guess it'll take me another week or so...
So I'm resorting to the be-always-online-on-xfiremethod until I can play ET without freaking out by all the mud throwing that I have to mediate between people. Hence I've extended my exam mini-break, to ensure I can be a positive force again, rather than a moody one.
Strangely enough I do enjoy playing guitar, hanging with friends and/or girlfriend more than fixing lame internet ego problems that make little to no sense and solely occur because people are jelly of e-penissizes.
So much for my little rant. Thanks for making this topic, the subject is on my fix-list among other things that require some changes.

that was one of the main reasons i stepped down of my supremeship and left.
Its a hell job this supremeship of ND(also fun job sometimes), but i know that it can frustate a supreme so many times fixing all this mini problems cause people can't play normal without admins being ingame.
A good tip what i sometimes did was sitting incognito on the server without level or etc. And when it went out of control i enabled my rcon and start the punishments.
Some admins should try this once in a while and would notice what lerre said.
@ Antho, take your time believe me. You would need it or you really gonna lose your mind. Try to play another games sometimes then you will start missing ND.

You just have to be patience .... patience is the virtue.

Try to understand that other admins too have real life - hanging out with frds , school/university stuffs ,
studies , tuitions , personal problems , problem with their pc or net.

Well surely I haven't seen a few lvl 6 and lvl 7 admins around but Most of the time(yes I mean most)
There IS a high admin online or an admin who can splat , put , mute.
I see maths , And , kenny , stroll , pride , charls , majda , moja almost everyday on the server.

I am not getting time to play as i was playing before bec my school has reopened and I am really busy with my studies but I am trying my best to be more active in game .
