Hi.


I saw Bloodseeker closed the app of Jason for the second time. No really sure why. Sure last time he was inactive., but he apologized for that. Maybe he didnt knew he was supposed to let us know when he goes inactive.
I think that we can give him a second change. Or do you have reasons I'm not aware of..

The case with his recrutation is not closed. If he is an active player and obey all the rules, recruters can allow him another trial (like in case of Atreyu).

true i disagree cause he went offline without any reason (inactive)
he was sking all the time (even after told several times)

and i just dont think he will add something to our team
+ he contineusly asking me in game for the new trial, even saw him with R in front of name while app wasnt accepted
imo thats not the way it has to go

Just for being fair I feel i need to add that Jason indeed has a rough time with english, and, but thats just a guess, isnt too experienced with administrative structures like twc has. He seems a bit..well not dumb, but naive^^

I had a bit of a chat with him, he tends to misunderstand things cause of his bad english, but does not try to ask again anymore since most of the time he does, he still has a hard time to understand the explanation and people get impatient after a while.

All these things for me kinda explain some stuff, like putting the R in front; he wasnt sure if he was in trial or not, who has a say in the matter etc., so he just put it on again because he were allowed to do so last time ( ? ).

I cant judge his spawnkill, since for me this is something not too hard to understand if you read our rules, its even pictured. But please try not to judge his other actions too hard. He doesnt do it on purpose, imo.

Just tell him that he's welcome if he proves himself to be a nice addition to the community, be it by showing positive behaviour on the server. He doesn't necessarily have to be fluent in English, do expect a certain level of comprehension though. Over time his English will improve if he gets exposed enough by it and if he's willing to learn
