General Easter pack and party (archived by iTim)

I thought it would be fine to cover the TWC servers with some Easter skin and/or features, on the servers where it is possible to install such stuff.
I tested two downloadable Easter pack on Nam but it does not work, however it might on other servers (z_easter and chicken grenades).
I searched forum and found that there are some Easter packs developed for TWC here:

The problem is that they are archived and are not available on the links provided. Can somebody restore them?

So if you agree, we should install them asap, keeping them until next Tueasday, Wednesday I think.

SAT: some party(s) might be organised on the long Easter weekend, at least for thoes who do not make all-weekend family visits (I do... ).

I think that is because of this that the server are just a standard maps. But I could be wrong I did recently format my drive and I downloaded only a small file when I connect to the server.

All servers require mods (ex Jaymod). ND has standard maps only, no sound packs, skin packs, etc.

Im really glad John found our easter stuff In the meantime, Lig also found some maps for those server supremes who woud be interested in having funmaps for the easterweekend.

(Pacman, Pong, Springfield, Chess, Tennis, 6flags etc.)

Would the supremes who are interested in installing something of those easter things on their server make a little note of what they want to use and how they like it?

Dear Mimus, John,

Thanx a lot for your efforts to provide the Easter stuff.
I have installed all the TWC Easter stuff and realised that it must be uploaded into the mod folder (etnam here), so that it can work - this may be a tip for other servers as well.

On Nam the TWC stuff is working, I have sounds and Easter texts created during battle. Let other serves check what they have.
Now that I know where to put minimods, I also installed z_easter pack and chicken grenades, which look and sound really funny! I suggest it to other servers as well. z_easter creates some coloured smoke after explosions BUT watch: it makes airstrike canister and ammo boxes disappear (on Nam mod)!!.

The smaller files might work also on ND (chicken grenades and TWC Easter mod bunny), while I would put all minimod stuff to Allstars in all cases and to PW, HS as well.

z-easter is for NQ mod, so I am not sure if it works on our servers.

I suggest you to test all features if they work after installing the mods!

From the maps I have installed Pacman, 6flags and Springfield. Pacman working fine, 6flags still "hiding", Springfield hang Nam server, so I have removed it. We might search also for other fun maps on the websites above (FA abd UJE), as activegamer ET download links are mostly dead, but you can find everything on these both sites.
