10 years ago i was server admin, i had clan server (6v6, 3v3), tj server, i was admin on all hungarian public server.

ND wasn't hacked. It was flooded. It is just a coincidence. ND was flooded by Tentrillicon, aka fAllen, aka R3lm, aka Wolf, aka Impulsive. Impulsive fakes clans (Ex: EA, DC) in order to get attention. He also creates clans constantly (oG, gE) to get attention. Sadly, he also floods servers under these fake clans, for more attention. He is also banned from many servers in ET for using exploits. The recent flood was not caused by the actual DC clan; it was caused by Wolf and his fake DC clan.

e2: Also, Wolf is known for faking servers. He's faked EA servers in the past, and he is currently faking DC servers. If you see DC*NoDownload or DC*Beginners on the serverlist, it is fake.

i hadnt been warned, hadnt been splatted, hadnt been kicked...
just banned for 3 days.

In my miserly opinion:
It can not be that you infight when someone aim to u or someone can see u. It doesn't make sense. I can not know someone can see me or not, I can not know someone aim to me or other such example. U infight when someone shoot to u and u lose ur xp. Then u can not selfkill.
In first case should record every our game and every breakrules report on forum. It's stupid and in this way we lose fungame...

Maybe I'm too stupid or something but I play long in ET, I was server admin etc etc and never been the same problem.

problem let me explain it to you, i made this rule with a poll about this suicide before the panzer hits you, and we applied it as we see it has a battle.
70% of a panzer shot is always a kill(depending the user of the panzer ofc, in asdervbn's case this applies). And since you made trouble already few times without actually getting punished so far i know.
Then they are allowed to ban you for 3 days, since this is not the first time you rule break, and you know the procedures well then you also know our rules so please try to stick with it next time

I hate it sometimes 2 being killed by a panzer but its part of the game and being killed by it also( btw /kill counts also as death so just give him the kill cause it doesnt help your stats by suiciding in battle )

... so? How does a game change the definition of a fight?

My point was that your logic is simply flawed and doesn't make any sense. You are saying that:
a) A guy faces another guy with MP40 and manages to hit him with 1 bullet before he selfkills. -> That's in fight in your opinion.
b) A guy faces another guy with panzer and doesn't manage to hit him because panzer is few seconds slower. -> That's not in fight in your opinion.

The only differences are weapons and their speeds. Again - how do they change the definition of a fight?

1 thing is sure.. I never give asdervbn a free panzafrag. Every other player can kill me (with panza as well), but not him.
If he can talking about my mom and break the rules (many admins can proof that!) i can selfkill vs him.

If other players complain against me then ban me forever, but i dont care about asdervbn whine.

The rules from our servers have been set like this, in my opinion it's good as it is now (for jaymod/public players) and it's useless to try to change them.

Don't forget that you're not playing an IRC war, even if you take a "full spawn" it's only around 10 seconds of waiting. It's not that much.

What you're doing is kinda lame, it's not fair and it breaks the fun from the players.

I know you two doesn't appreciate each others, but it's not a reason to behave like this, why don't you play it smart, ignore his "whine" ingame and kill him in the normal way ?
