Hi,

Recently i got promoted, which means alot to me. This tells me that i am trusted and done very well this far. I've enjoyed my time in TWC as always, but there is one question that bothers me.

Before i recruit a player, does the player have to fill in an application on forums?

If you have level 7? you can't recruit ppl.

Applications concern only players who want to join ND
