1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks ban - doesn't matter. He needs vacation, urgently. I will be online in the evening and some !banuser action will be made to guarantee him this "relax".
If this doesn't teach him anything, there's always opportunity to ban him for longer period of time, until he quits clowning around. It usually works....

He already had a couple of bans if I remember correctly. I'm more thinking about a 30 day ban or something. He is always irritating guests and admins on our server. I'd rather lose him on the server instead of new guests. We simply can't accept his behaviour any longer.
