What still needs to be discussed:

8. No K/D (kill/death) score needed anymore in TWC Servers

9. More XP (experience) needed to join a server in TWC, decision between 15.000 and 10.000

How will these things be discussed by the way? Is it happening in the supreme base already? Or will there be another kind of poll?

I already editted the Application format. I hope I didn't forget anything there, if so please tell me or edit it yourself.
Also the !howtojoin command in-game must be editted.

There's a point inside Teammate's word, maybe the xps limit should stay untouched... I know there's always risk we invite some1 unserious, but in case of last events ... cannot see other way.

2. Because we have had several guests not knowing there is more than just one TWC server, we will implement TWC Banners in all servers, which advertise the other servers. This is not meant to be spam-like, so the banners will not appear every few seconds, but rather each map for one time, most likely at start or end of it, when the chance that people actually take a look at the banners is higher.

Tonight ND had 35+ people, maybe it's time to put those banners.

At the end of the game would be best solution imho
