I dont understand why forum ranks must be tied in to in-game matters. Isnt the primary role of a suporter to aide in maintaing a standard in the forum?

Regarding to the context in which Chicken said that, I agree that every server having its own supporters would help in resolving name change issues faster, but you could also make tickets for that. I doubt the cuttent supporters slack in that matter.
