NoDownload has always been the strongest TWC server since the beginning. It has faltered a couple of times and once was turned into NewDownload when maps were added and it did no good. Infact it faltered even more.
So as John says, ND will remain ND.
The only thing we can try would be setting changes like Divine mentioned. Suggestions would be considered.

And how big is ND's potential atm was shown today, 30 people at once is a good result. In 2011/2012 it happened only 2 times - few months ago when J.R and me were supremes (most people were members then) and today, with around 20 guests.
So I don't think any changes are needed too, if we'll get some active admins to ND then it can rise again.

Enhanced mod was voted in to stop tweakers and the guys wanted to see their countries flags by their names :P
Flags are bugged sometimes and most people tweak in frag servers. So yea probably best to remove it.
Opps Axel you are absolutely correct it was NowDownload. I would claim 'typo' but that was more of a brain fart sorta thing :P
