New ND recruiter proposal (archived by Tomahawk)

Firstly: I was talking with Led, he prefers to say with level 7 most due to his incoming exams + other irl growing rapidly responsibilities and therefore the choice would be simple - TEAMMATE.

Ligustah - I think poll system is not the best option, because its better to choose carefully people from the group of trusted candidates instead to let people choose anyone from the roster. There are people with a long training among TWC admins and imho we should narrow the candidates right from such levels of trust - ofc one factor has to be passed - high activity here and there (gs). The poll may choose a guy who in the fact does not meet the requirements and he was chosen just because few memebrs likes him more than others. Well, I'm really not convinced about such resolution where the case has most to say, not careful, reasonable decision of few high admins.

you didnt understood the pool thingy ocean. you supremes choose possible candidates and then u make a pool with those ( for example Led + aTEAMMATE) then nd people can vote, hopefully with common sense. anyway seems like this prob doesnt sussist this time

In this case we have problem solved, TEAMMATE goes as next recruiter. Andre, if u meet him - please ask him if he is interested to take rctr responsibilities.

Teammate told me that he probably doesn't have the time required for the job and proposed Benji.

Well it's not that a problem to have 3 recruiters for a while.
I can also help the recruiters for a while, maybe together with Kokok if he wants. I'm sure we will find the right person on this spot.

Silencer is quite right, meanwhile Anthon - if you want ofc - you may propose the level to Benji.
