What kjell said is partially true, But you only need once to copy your etkey to ur uncle's PC.
It doesnt save your xp on the etkey, your etkey is basically just an identification code when you connect to the server so it will give your xp.
So every where you set your etkey you will have always your xp.
And when you play at ur uncle's pc and that xp earned on that day will also remain when you play at home and vice versa
