1.near the stairs
2. under the tank ( actually tank moves and the dyna goes under it)

yeah but tbh is pretty unfair to plant in stairs, just need to thorw nades in stairs and the barrier is gone, this is my think

also iirc, bots cannot defuse stairs plant, so most servers/clans count stairs plant as a trickplant
